“Bridgerton 2”, here are the four new characters

The second season of “Bridgerton”,which began filming in mid-March, will revolve around the stories told in Julia Quinn’s second novel, The Viscount Who Loved Me.

“Bridgerton,” the new season will value the handsome Viscount Anthony: “In real life I’m gay but in the series I’m a sloping”

There are four new characters, played by Charithra Chandran, Shelley Conn, Calam Lynch and Rupert Young. Shelley Conn will play Mary Sharma, daughter of an Earl whose marriage had created a major scandal for the family, and now return to London as the stepmother of Lord Anthony Bridgerton’s new flame, Kate Sharma (played by Simone Ashley).

Calam Lynch will instead be Theo Sharpe, an assistant to a printer who “will fight for everyone’s rights“. Charithra Chandran will be Edwina, the younger sister of co-star Kate, but the first to catch the attention of Viscount Anthony Bridgerton (played by Jonathan Bailey). Rupert Young will eventually play Jack, a new arrival who has a connection to one of the most anticipated families and hides a mystery. The character, who does not appear in the novels, was created specifically for the Netflix series by Chris Van Dusen.
