Asus ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro are official with 165 Hz screen and up to 18 GB of RAM
Asus has updated its mobile phone line for the gamer audience. On Tuesday (5), the Taiwanese brand presented the Asus ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro, both with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and RAM of up to 18 GB in the advanced data sheet. The duo even has a 165 Hz screen and comes out of the box with Android 12 factory.
Asus phones encompass all the most powerful today. Starting with the 6.78-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution and 165 Hz (!) refresh rates and 720 Hz touch sampling. AmoLED panel still delivers brightness of up to 1,200 nits and covers 111.23% of the DCI-P3 scale and 150.89% of the sRGB range.
Behind this panel is the advanced data sheet with snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. But the conventional model has RAM of up to 16 GB while the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro has variants with up to 18 GB of memory. The storage of the pair is up to 512 GB, depending on the option chosen at the time of purchase.
Pro edition has secondary screen on the back
In addition to different RAM, ROG Phone 6 Pro brings a small PMOLED screen on the back, while conventional editing has colored lights. Moreover, the two smartphones resemble each other. Especially in the visual, very characteristic of the products for the gamer audience, with the triggers to improve the gaming experience.
The duo also has a triple photographic set. The cluster is formed by the main camera of 50 megapixels, ultrawide of 13 megapixels and macro of 5 megapixels. For selfies and video calls, smartphones also have a 12 megapixel front camera.
The specification list is complete with the screen-based fingerprint reader, IPX4 certification, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
