In one of the most ambitious steps, Indiegogo is set to launch the new shipping guarantee to make sure that users get their creations. Earlier on, accepting the financed item was an assurance of the financed item being delivered without actually having to deliver it but the future is different.

Certain facts concerning eligibility to Shipping Guarantee Program are subject to verification by Indiegogo’s Trust & Safety team. The program is available only for the companies that have previously run “successful campaigns” on the platform.
It also applies that all products should already be in what is referred to as the ‘final form’ before they can be considered for a patent.
